Red Dot Campaign is joining forces with some of the key power players of the menstrual and menstruating world (that being our wonderful panelists!) to hold a “State of The Union”-esque round-table discussion about menstrual equity, reproductive health, and how far we’ve come and still have to go. Lead by a moderator intimately involved in the womxn’s (non-binary) health space, we will explore questions on the state of our wombs and where we’ve come in the conversation of better health standards for menstruating humans, reproductive rights, and menstrual equity laws. In the hopes to make this as open and inclusive as possible, we hope to construct the conversation around all menstruating humans, as it’s not only women-identifiers that menstruate! We will also explore some of the wholistic and new-age methods of tending to our periods, soothing our periods, and/or choosing whether to have our periods or not at all.
We will host this panel as a sort of “Power Brunch” where we host meaningful discussion before, during, and after the panel with some coffee/tea, and light breakfast for all.
