LET'S HUMANIZE THE PERIOD
Red Dot envisions a world where menstruation, and health needs associated with menstruation, are supported with funding, education and inclusive policy that puts a person’s mandatory menstrual health needs first. No matter the age, race, religion, gender identity, or sexual orientation of person, they will be afforded access to menstrual health resources and support, and treated with the same dignity and respect as any other natural bodily function.”
Red Dot is a 501 (c) (3) non profit that distribute menstrual resources for people in need, educate communities on menstrual health inequity, and work to reform policy change within our communities to decrease barriers to accessing to menstrual health resources. By developing safe spaces for thoughtful, creative conversations around menstrual health, Red Dot strives toward destigmatizing periods.
After collecting and donating 10,000+ sanitary products through its origin initiative, Red Dot has expanded as an event organizer for period focused discussion. We find that humor and art are the the most effective way to spread awareness in support of our mission. Check out our events page to see what's coming up!
